Nisha Powers, Chairman, received her BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is co-owner of Powers Hill Design, LLC.
Cato Johnson, Vice-Chairman, is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs with Methodist Health Systems. Cato is a graduate of Memphis State University with a MS in Education. He is married and has one child.
Scott Fleming, Vice Chairman, is the President and Sr. Principal/Owner of Fleming/Associates/Architects. He is married and has three children. Scott is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree.
Jay Weatherington, Secretary, is the President and owner of AC Electric Co., Inc. and is a Master Electrician certified in several states. He is married and has one daughter and four grandchildren.
Sidney Chism, Shelby County Commissioner, is newly appointed to the Committee replacing Commissioner Deidre Malone.

Aubrey Howard is the Chief Executive Officer of the Midtown Mental Health Center. He is a graduate of Rhodes College with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Aubrey is married and has one child.
Stephen Nelson received his Masters of Urban Planning from Michigan State University. He is currently retired after 40 years from working in the Urban Planning and Real Estate Development business.
David Pickler, Chairman of Shelby County School Board. David Pickler is a Certified Financial Planner and Wealth Management Advisor and an Attorney at Law. David and his wife, Beth, are parents of Chris, a Sophomore at Washington University in St. Louis, and Katie, a Freshman at Houston High School. He is a graduate of Arkansas State University with a BS in Business Management and the University of Memphis with Juris Doctor.
Mike Ritz, Shelby County Commissioner, is newly appointed to the Committee replacing Commissioner David Lillard.
