The Unified Personnel Policy Committee is responsible for preparing, investigating, reviewing and recommending personnel policies and benefit changes for approval by the County Commission.
Four elected officials, selected by their peers; five non-management employees, selected by the Board of Commissioners; the Administrator of Human Resources and the Assistant Chief Administrative Officer make up the membership of the Unified Personnel Policy Committee.
Anyone may attend the Unified Personnel Policy Committee meetings.
