Representatives from CIGNA made a representation on their pharmacy proposal emphasizing its cost saving value when co-coordinated with the medical benefit.  The committee members asked questions.   After the CIGNA representatives had left, the Committee voted on the RFP proposals.  The choices were as follows:   Vote on Medical           Motion by Lee Wessels to approve CIGNA as the sole medical carrier. Second by Bob Patterson Vote unanimous except for Ms. Clark's representative   Vote on Pharmacy       Motion by Bob Patterson to approve CIGNA Second by Minnie McCray Vote unanimous   Vote on Over-65 full insured    health plan     Motion by Bob Patterson to approve NEBCO Second by Minnie McCray Vote unanimous   Vote on FSA Motion by Lee Wessels to approve ADP Second by Bob Patterson Vote unanimous                                                                         Meeting adjourned.     Respectfully submitted,       __________________________________ Shasta L.
