Ms. Sybille Noble, Chairman, called the meeting to order.
Voluntary Dental Benefits - Brenda Greene
Ms. Greene reported that Unamerica's best and final rate was reduced by 2% (not the requested 5%) and the two-year rate guarantee did not change.
After further discussion regarding Unamerica, CompBenefits and CIGNA, motion was made by Bob Patterson to continue with CompBenefits for one year. Seconded by Steve Baiel. Motion carried.
E-Discovery - Debra Fessenden, Assistant County Attorney
Ms. Fessenden presented a draft of an amendment to the Electronic Media Policy. She explained that once this policy has been adopted, training will be provided to all employees.
Motion to adjourn by Eleanor Riss, and seconded by Stephen Stamsom. Meeting adjourned.
