The minutes of the Juvenile Court constitute the official record of the Court.  There are ten (10) Minute Clerks that are responsible for recording all the Court Proceedings and decisions and for preparing Court orders and entering those orders in the minutes.

Minute Clerks attend 43 scheduled dockets weekly, in addition to special hearings; foster care advisory review board, etc.  In 2007, there were approximately 16,624 pages of minutes written representing over 46,600 individual Juvenile Court orders.
