2007 - 2008 Shelby County Beer Board Agendas

Shelby County Beer Board

The Shelby County Beer Board is made up of five members appointed by the Shelby County Commission charged with the responsibility to administer the laws relating to the sale of beer in the county.

All businesses engaged in the sale, distribution, manufacture and storage of beer are required to obtain a permit from the Shelby County Clerk's Office. The fee for the permit is $250.00. New rules for issuance of a beer permit and regulations of the Shelby County Beer Board were issued as of March 26, 2007. Click HERE for the new Rules and Regulations.

All employees who serve, sell or handle beer in these establishments must also register with the County Clerk's Office.
