Employees who currently have this coverage may make changes only. Employees who want to cancel/drop coverage must do so in writing to the attention of Employee Benefits during annual open enrollment. Employees must contact Colonial Life Insurance Customer Service at 1-800-325-4368 concerning their plan coverage, premium changes, and any other questions. Employees cannot increase coverage nor can an employee enroll.
