WHAT IS THE HIRING PROCESS?
All applicants must complete the online application during the timeframe Tuesday, January 24, 2023, through Friday, February 24, 2023. Applicants must apply online. Applicants without access to a personal computer may visit any local library to access a computer and complete the application. Participants will be selected via a random lottery and those selected will receive a phone call and text message on or before April 14, 2023, and have 48 hours to accept. After 48 hours, additional names will be drawn until all placements are confirmed. The final list of names will be published online on April 28, 2023. The list of alternates will also be posted at that time.
Human Resources e-Onboarding is required. Additionally, a mandatory in-person Summer Work Experience program orientation is also required. Additional information about e-onboarding and program orientation will be provided to selected applicants. Selected applicants who do not participate in both HR e-onboarding and the program orientation will not be allowed to participate in the program.
