Active Shooter Awareness

Active Shooter Awareness is a FREE 1 to 2-hour course designed to teach a basic understanding of Active Shooter Events, and how to respond to them via the Run-Hide-Fight/Avoid-Deny-Defend methodology. This method can be seen in the infographics. Participants will be shown case studies of past events and advised on methods for countering such events. The course also reviews programs such as "See Something, Say Something" from the Federal Department of Homeland Security.
