The purposes of the meeting are as follows: - Consideration of recommendations on Key Person provision of Preserver Partners L.P. investment
- Consideration of the request of Elm Tree U.S. Net Lease Fund IV for consent to portfolio sale
All members of the Investment Committee must be physically present to be counted for a quorum and vote.
Staff and members of the public must be physically present since there will be no option of attending electronically.
