Brief Description - (1) To seek relief from Section 3.6.2A – Regulations for Permitted Nonresidential Uses. (2) A variance to allow a reduction of the 20’ feet rear setback for the south existing building and a reduction of the rear setback from 20’ feet to 6.8’ feet for the construction of an addition to the north building.
