The purpose of this post is to demonstrate the various revisions to the Unified Development Code (UDC) prior to its final approval in 2010.

Here is the final version of the UDC as approved by the Memphis City Council and Shelby County Board of Commissioners in August 2010.  This was the effective zoning code from the time it took effect on January 1, 2011, to August 27, 2012, the date that the amendments approved with Case ZTA 12-001 took effect.
