During their meeting on July 11, the Land Use Control Board made several changes to the case as presented by the Office of Planning and Development.  These changes affected Items 1a, 1b, 4 and 11, as listed in the staff report above.  Here is the revised staff report reflecting these changes that will be forwarded to the Memphis City Council and Shelby County Board of Commissioners.  Here is the complete UDC reflecting these changes.
