Update (August 13).
During its deliberations on this matter, the Land Use Control Board made several amendments. First, Item 5 was revised to allow container buildings in the commercial zoning districts. Second, what was Item 12 in the staff report above dealing with changes to permitted maximum height in the EMP district, was deleted. Finally, Item 27 (Item 28 in the staff report above; Item 27 in the revised staff report below) was amended to state that new hotels are not eligible for the Hotel-Motel Waiver process.
