(Update, 6.6.18): Here is the entire UDC, as approved by the Memphis City Council and Shelby County Board of Commissioners with amendments made with ZTA 18-001 highlighted in yellow.

(Update, 4/6/2018): Here is the revised staff report for ZTA 18-001 that will be presented to the Land Use Control Board on April 12, 2018; here is the complete UDC with all changes highlighted in yellow.

(Update, 3/5/2018): Here is the revised staff report for ZTA 18-001, amendments to the Unified Development Code, or UDC. Since the original post on Feb. 20 (see below), language has been added requiring minimum off-street parking requirements in the University Overlay (Item 10 in the staff report) and a cleanup to the 500-foot separation requirement between landfills and certain sensitive land uses (Item 1 in the staff report). Here is the complete UDC will all proposed changes highlighted in yellow.  This matter is scheduled to be heard by the Land Use Control Board on April 12, 2018.
