Case ZTA 10-002

This zoning text amendment involving changes to the Code's provisions concerning utilities and commercial intersections was heard by the County Commission but not the City Council since the latter incorporated the changes into its third and final reading of the Code's original approval. Here is a memo to the County Commission explaining these changes.
